Debra J. Crawford, is a Leadership/Executive Coach for professional men and women who seek: Clear Solutions for Personal or Professional Growth Debra is the founding principal of Clarity Development Solutions, LLC in Wisconsin. She provides individual and organizational coaching for professional and leadership development. Prior to founding Clarity Development Solutions, Debra enjoyed over 25 years of business and leadership experience within a wide-range of industries including for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She delivered results while earning respect, loyalty and commitment from her peers, team-members and customers. Her peers and other leaders often consulted her on a formal and informal basis to enhance communications, resolve conflict, facilitate change and build leadership capabilities. Debra received her B.A. in business administration and psychology from Notre Dame College and completed graduate classes in adult education at Alverno College.
